, Yemen records two deaths and 4 new injuries in Corona Covid_19
On Sunday, the Yemeni authorities announced two new deaths and 4 cases of the Corona virus in
Hadramawt Governorate, in the east of the country.
In a statement, the Higher Committee to confront Corona said that the past hours witnessed 4 confirmed injuries in Hadhramaut and two deaths, while the rest of the Yemeni governorates did not register any new figures.
According to health authorities in the governorates of Aden and Sana'a, the number of confirmed cumulative injuries in Yemen has increased since April 10 to 130 and 21 deaths, while only 3 cases have recovered.
Earlier on Sunday, the Yemeni government launched a distress call for international organizations to support their efforts in confronting Corona and epidemics in Aden and the rest of the provinces.
The government did not reveal the number of epidemic victims in Aden, but sources confirmed to Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed that 800 deaths have been recorded since the beginning of May this year due to fever, malaria and dengue fever alongside the Corona virus.
